Upon departure of your accommodation, if any lost or forgotten items have been found they will be returned to the housekeeping unit at the Hotel. Items will be available for collection from the Central Hotel at all times.  All items will be kept for no longer than six weeks; any items not collected after six weeks will be donated to charity.

 

If we do hold an item that you wish to be returned, we are happy to send this via Royal Mail. We ask that you cover the cost of the returned item by either sending a pre-paid envelope to us, or paying the costs before the item is sent.
