Prices are from £90 p/w based on a 6 month contract

shorter periods are available as follows:

• 13 week – £100 p/w
• 9 week   – £120 p/w
• 8 week   – £130 p/w
• 7 week   – £145 p/w
• 6 week   – £155 p/w
• 5 week   - £165 p/w
• 4 week   – £175 p/w

No aditional fees are added to the above prices & all utility bills are included.  Price is for room based on an AST (assured shorthold tenancy) with short term agreement in place & is for room only.   Bedding, cleaning, TV’s etc are not provided.

A 6 month AST at £90 p/w requires an administration fee of £150 however no deposit is required.
