Prices are from £495 p/m for 1 beds & £595 for 2 beds based on a 6 month contract for unfurnished & are not inclusive of utilities, shorter periods are available as follows:

Short term lets – No aditional fees are added to the above prices & all utility bills are included.  Price is for apartment on an AST (assured shorthold tenancy) with short term agreement in place & is for apartment / house only.   Bedding, cleaning, & any additional services etc are not provided.

A 6 month AST requires an administration fee of £150 & a deposit is required.
