While 2 systems are never quite the same, we feel that to give a basic advertised price, will give you the customer some information at a first glance. We are sure we are one of the most reasonably priced companies therefore don't hide the price.

What this includes

The above prices are for a standard combi condensing boiler (Biasi Riva Compact 24s), fully fitted with flue & standard radiators to suit room size, all pipework, fittings & sundries. The properties are based on single story & that the property is cleared to work in (I.E. no furniture removal). Radiator included for bathroom, hall, all bedrooms, living room. Does not include kitchen (can be fitted at extra cost) as some people do no require this in small kitchens within flats etc.
